HT300 Meehanite Cast Iron Bedways
All Qingluan lathe beds and vertical machining center columns are poured with HT300 high-density pearlite Meehanite resin-sand casting. Every casting undergoes high-temperature electric annealing (550°C) followed by secondary natural seasoning to relieve residual crystalline stresses, eliminating geometric warping over 10+ years of operation.
Renishaw XL-80 Laser Interferometry
Prior to shipping, every linear axis is mapped in temperature-controlled test chambers using British Renishaw XL-80 laser measurement systems. Positioning errors, angular pitch, yaw, and thermal backlash are measured and compensated directly in the CNC system controller to achieve positioning repeatability within ±0.003 mm.
Dynamic Spindle Balancing & Run-In
Every BT40/BT50 milling spindle and high-speed turning headstock is assembled in a Class 10,000 dust-free cleanroom using Japanese NSK or German FAG P4-grade angular contact bearings. Spindles undergo continuous 24-hour high-speed thermal stabilization and dynamic balancing down to G0.4 standards.
Rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Every machine tool completes standard test cutting on 45# steel and aerospace aluminum prior to crating. We record surface roughness Ra < 0.8 μm, run Renishaw QC20-W ballbar circularity checks, and provide overseas buyers with complete test video recordings and inspection certificates.
